Returns
You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us with a photo of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products such as perishable goods, personal care items, or items on final sale may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly stated on the product page.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
